Common Entrance Examination for Design

Design is the process of finding solutions for various situations and issues we come across in our day to day life. Design thinking is a crucial part of the deigning process. Design Thinking revolves around a deep interest in developing an understanding of the people for whom we’re designing the products or services. It helps us observe and develop empathy with the target user. Design Thinking helps us in the process of questioning: questioning the problem, assumptions and the implications that correspond to the issues.

Design Thinking involves creating many ideas in brainstorming sessions and adopting a hands-on approach to prototyping and testing. Design Thinking also involves ongoing experimentation: figuring out concepts and ideas through sketching, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
