Admission CounselorRoles and Responsibilities
  • Handling Telephonic, email and walk-in queries from different channels.
  • Conversion of Leads to Admissions
  • Follow-up the prospects
  • Engages in extensive in-state and out-state travel to interview and recruit prospective students.
  • Advises students and parents regarding program offered, admission requirements, eligibility for admissions, cost involved.
  • Promptly responds to inquiries from students and external agencies and provides clarifications to students queries in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with Channel partners to get the targeted leads

  • Formulating and executing the strategy aimed at increasing traffic and retargeting.
  • Conceptualize CRM marketing campaigns i.e. Email, Push, SMS etc., build relevant workflows by segmenting the user base to identify opportunity areas in the user's lifecycle.
  • Responsible for developing student segmentation campaigns to drive retention, and engagement to achieve KPI's.
